Proverbs 12:12-14

¹² The ^(A)wicked man desires the ^[a]booty of evil men,
But the root of the righteous ^(B)yields fruit.
^13 [b]An evil man is ensnared by the transgression of his lips,
But the ^(C)righteous will escape from trouble.
¹⁴ A man will be ^(D)satisfied with good by the fruit of his ^[c]words,
And the ^(E)deeds of a man’s hands will return to him.
